I use the Encased holster – Pixel 4a 5g daily. The spring loaded clip that secures the phone in the holster broke on my original and Encased replaced the holster free of charge under their lifetime warranty. Because I use the holster daily, it appears that the clip broke from materials fatigue. The materials on the replacement appear to be somewhat more supple but it could be just because it’s new. In any event, I’m very satisfied with the product and the service and warranty replacement were excellent.

Great case and holster. I have no concerns at all with my phone being in this case. I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times, with no damage to the case or phone at all. I had to replace my holster because the hinge broke, but that was not due to a drop; it wore out from use. Hopefully my case will still be intact long after the next couple of years.
