Helped make my phone last longer than any other protective case, I have bought in past, and they honored warranty with no hassle ,it was the screen protector was scuffed up from everyday use a long with my butterfingers. Just straight up this is the best case and holster I’ve ever owned. But leave it up to me to drop it in a fashion that the point of an object cut the top right front part of the protective screen it still did not touch my phone my phone was perfectly fine. I contacted encased and told them what had happened via chat on their website. The next day I had a store credit and a link to order a replacement case. It was so quick and easy. I had absolutely no problems. Encased is the real deal. I’ll never deal with anyone else but Encased now.
