Great looking and works great except for one thing… it has to be put in the holster top end up if you put it in upside down it pushes the buttons in and sets off the emergency call it needs to be modified so you can put it in up or upside down and then it would be perfect other than that it’s great so I’m giving 4 stars fix it to go in up or down to get 5 stars

I ordered this sight unseen for my iPhone 12 Pro Max after having trouble with the Encased Slimline case/holster. The materials are great: A pebbled/grained surface on most of the case with knurling around the edges. Actually much easier to hold than the Slimline even though it is a bit bulkier (but not much). The clip on the holster holds the phone securely in and releases easily. I was looking for a case like the one I had on my iPhone X: A kickstand on the case for landscape viewing, and a folding stand on the clip for portrait view. This one has neither. I ordered some cheap folding V stands to carry around with me to use as stands, but it would be great to have one built into the case/holster. The Pro Max is so much taller than the old iPhone X that a similar portrait stand might be impossible to engineer, and I have not seen a case with that time of stand for the 12 PM. Still, it would be great. All in all a sturdy, functional, and good looking case.
