I’ve only had the case for about a week now; it’s built great and feels very durable. The only negative I have is that the phone can not be easily removed from the holster; it’ll take a few seconds to find the separation between the holster and the phone.

… it is an EXTREMELY difficult task to remove the phone from the holster
… if you want to use the camera in a quick moment, GOOD LUCK, .you need to remove the holster

I am very happy with my iPhone 12 Mini Thin Armor Case And Holster. The iPhone without a case is very smooth and thin and hard to hold. By adding just a little thickness and texture, which the case provides, it is much easier to handle the phone. The case is thin enough that it doesn’t make the phone feel any thicker. The buttons on the phone all work easily through the case. Without the case, when I put the phone down on its back (with the screen facing up) it wobbles quite a bit because the camera lenses stick out slightly from the back of the phone. With this case installed the phone has just a tiny bit of wobble, almost unnoticeable, when the phone is laid on its back. I like to carry my phone in a holster on my belt because I don’t like it in my pocket and I don’t want to always have it in my hand. The holster is solidly made and holds the phone securely. The clip on the holster rotates by 180 degrees with very firm clicks, allowing the holster to be carried horizontal on either your right or left side as well as vertically or anything in between. The belt clip is very strong and I never feel in danger of it coming loose. This case does not come with a screen protector, which I appreciate. I prefer to choose my own screen protector and I highly recommend the Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit.
Occasionally when getting into my car and not paying attention the holster will catch on the seatback but the belt clip allows it to give somewhat and even rotate slightly to keep from being pulled off my belt. The phone never comes loose from the holster when this happens. This is the second Encased cover and holster that I’ve owned. I had one for my iPhone 8 for a while until the clip that holds the phone broke (I’m pretty rough on them). I contacted Encased and they sent me a free replacement under warranty. It was still working fine when I bought my iPhone 12 mini and the Thin Armor Case. I have been very pleased with the cases, the holsters, and the customer service from Encased.
