Never knew about the lifetime warranty. I had an issue with my iPhone 11 case and a piece broke over time so I had purchased twice, till I looked inside original packing and had a flyer that said to register for a lifetime warranty, from now on I need not buy another case I just submit a claim and get another case for free. My favorite feature is the stand. Transitioning from a rubber material to plastic will take some time to get use too, but overall excellent value for the price. My only critic is that the face of the phone along the top edges could use protection. I would buy again.

It’s generally a great case. I’ve been using them for years for my various iPhones. Usually it’s the clip that goes bad after much use but this time my iPhone 11 case broke by the opening for the volume controls and no longer will slide into the holster.

This was the third case ordered for my iPhone 11. My previous phone was a 6. I tried a Seido and due to the 11 size, the case felt too slick. Next I tried an Otter which was too cumbersome. Encased is similar in style to the Seido but not as slick along the sides. I wish the sides were a little tackier.
