I’m pretty hard on my holster, it gets banged up pretty good (even though I’m careful to remove it if I need to get on the floor to work on something). They offer a limited lifetime warranty. The first time that I broke it, they replaced it for free. This time, I needed to buy the replacement. I was glad to do it because this is one of the best holsters that I’ve had.

Love the case, but like a previous reviewer, the clip that holds the phone broke and was replaced under the warranty. Encased made it clear that the warranty is only good for one replacement. If it breaks again it will not be replaced. The clip seems to be a weak point and Encased should stand behind their product even if it breaks more than once. Still a great case.

My Husband love this case!! He has purchased several over the years depending on which phone he had at the time. The clip on his recently snapped, which left him in lost without it. He had to make sure to wear a jacket or coat with a pocket big enough to accommodate his Galaxy S21 phone.

Love this case & holster system. Have been using it for years, even when I have broken them (typically after numerous drops or snags on daybreak getting into vehicles). Love that Encased warrantied 1 replacement & it was very easy to complete. Would totally be lost without this holster system!

This is a great holster for the Samsung Galaxy S21 phone – best of the ones I’ve bought for previous phones. Fit and operation are very good. Belt clip is solid and doesn’t slip off belts. Only two cons I can think of are: 1) latch on holster has a habit of lasting only a year or so, give or take a few months, and 2) if you put the phone in the holster w/ the camera end at the bottom of the holster, the holster sides press a button combination that puts the phone into a special reset mode that looks pretty scary, but you can push some buttons and it’ll come back to normal without a reset.
