This is my third Encased purchase–this time for my new S20 phone. In my construction work, a holster is as important as the case. I have found these holsters to be very durable and quite tough, while being very functional as in holding the phone securely and not having the latch catch on everything and dropping your phone unexpectedly. I am also very pleased with the phone case. One problem I encountered on my last case (S8) was that the soft case buttons didn’t line up correctly and the side buttons didn’t work at all. I contacted Encased, explained the problem, and asked if they would substitute another style which had openings around buttons. Encased has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed warranty and they promptly sent me a new case–the one I asked for–which worked perfectly! Since my new S20 Rebel case has soft buttons, I was pleased that it’s a perfect match and fits like a glove. The case feels sturdy in my hand without adding bulk to the phone. The bezel edge adequately protects the screen as well as the camera panel on the backside, and the charging port opening is generous, so the cord attaches without hinderance. The case effortlessly locks into the holster and is surprisingly secure. With all the case configurations and brands that are available, I believe the Encased products are a superior choice, which you can buy for a reasonable price. Thank you.
