I just got the holster the other day and I like it! The only issue I have is that you cant have the Samsung Galaxy s10 with the OtterBox commuter case facing screen out making the kickstand part of the clip kind of useless.

I have only had the holsters a couple of weeks so it’s a little early to give a final answer. So far they seem fairly sturdy and my only complaint is that you must position the phone precisely to secure it in holster. The latching mechanism is fairly strong but I am concerned about it snagging on something, causing the phone to drop out. Time will tell.

Much sturdier than the Otterbox Defender holster that failed. This one is designed to cup the phone rather than grasp nubs on the case. Those nubs repeatedly broke on the Defender case. So the Otterbox Commuter combined with the Encased holster is the best solution!
