I was recently on a cruise and my phone and case dropped and the spring clip broke. I emailed the company who immediately responded. I sent them the requested information and the replacement case arrived the day I got home. Outstanding product and outstanding customer service.

I really like the case and holster. Holds phone securely in place, and is easy to access. There is a design flaw, though. After almost exactly one year of use, the spring loaded clip at the top, which secures the phone in the holster, just snapped in two when using. It looks like a solid piece of plastic when intact, but when it broke you could see that it is skeletonized, with a piece of trim saying “Encased” snapped into the gap. In reality the top clip is very fragile. Still, it lasted a year, and Encased sent me a new one under warranty. The top retaining clip needs to be redesigned. Otherwise a fantastic case & holster.
