Seems to be a great charger. Fast charging. Good texture on the base so that your device doesn’t easily slide off center and stop charging. Affordable. Can’t go wrong with it.

I plugged in the Galvanox Charger, light is blinking red/blue meaning it’s not working. I received a store credit and bought the same charger. Same thing, light is blinking red/blue, Take note of this. The charger comes with a C connector cable on one end and USB connector on the other end. I tried making the connection with a cable with a C connector on both ends. Red light on steady, blue light on steady when phone is charging. Meaning it’s working. I’m wondering if anyone had the same issue. The manufacturer puts a USB/C connector in the box. The Manufacturer needs to correct this issue.

Great customer service. The device did not seem to be working. I contacted Customer Service (I’d placed the order 1 month earlier) – and they were very responsive. I got a “message received” within 24 hours. Got a message a message my warranty was still good within 48 hours. I completed the form – and received a new device within a 3 days of my order. All in all – less than a week to resolve the issue. Within 48 hours of receipt – customer service sent an email to “check in/up” on the replacement. All is working well now. I’d like to think it has something to so with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. peace.
