Love this product! It’s good functionality and very small so you kinda forget it’s there. The only thing I don’t like are buttons style, especially the power button. All buttons can stick eventually but the power button is guaranteed to because it’s used the most. In fact I got a free return from you guys because of that very issue. Make that into a slider button like QC45 has!

TY for the replacement unit! It’s working exactly as I expected it would. The unit it replaced didn’t hold a charge for more than 5 hours and most recently had to be plugged/unplugged multiple times in order for it to charge at all. This unit runs 8 hours per charge, charges and connects perfectly. The sound is amazing! Thanks again for making and standing behind a great product! RR
