I am on my 3rd one in a year, one replaced under warranty, the clip that holds the phone in the holster is very brittle and breaks easily. I really like the case and is 5 stars when it works, customer service was very good and replaced the 1st broken one very quickly. When this new one breaks, I will still buy another one as I do really like it.

This case fits and protects my Pixel 7 well.
Customer service is good and they promptly replaced my belt clip holster after the phone retainer spring clip broke. Although Encased promised lifetime replacement, they said they would only replace it once.
My preference would be for a slide in holster rather than a spring clip holster. Then there would be no clip to break. Slide in style with full phone protection on the ends have been hard to find.

I love my holster for the Pixel 7. I have used this type of configuration for years v(Pixel 2, 5, 6, now 7) and it works best for me. The only problem is that the spring loaded catch breaks after about a year and I have to buy a new holster.

The first one I purchased broke after a short time. It seemed to be good quality. They replaced it very quickly. I am totally satisfied with the great warranty and customer service.

I’ve had several of the Encased case/holsters and they are very strong and well supported. I however, do need to make a minor modification (with my Dremel) to each belt clip to allow it to securely hook a belt. The lower sides of the clip are too thick, which prevents the belt from dropping into the hook.
