Encased stood behind their warranty!
Approximately 2 years after my purchase, the spring-loaded locking mechanism broke. I never completed a registration when I originally purchased it. I took a chance and submitted a warranty claim simultaneously with my registration. A week later, I received a new holster.
When I update my phone, I will definitely purchase this product again.
