Hi, I just receive the Encased belt clip. As I was in the process of attaching the iPhone 12 Pro to the belt clip an emergency signal sounded and 911 picked up on the other end. I did that 5 more times and the same thing happened. What is the problem with the belt clip and what can I do to avoid this embarrassing and probably illegal situation?

Hi Joe,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues with your phone going into emergency mode! On iPhones, this mode is triggered when the side buttons are held down. If the phone is placed into the holster upside down, the side buttons will be compressed by the side edges of the holster, and that is what is triggering the 911 calls. If you turn your phone right side up so the side buttons are not compressed, you should not have any issue.
